Step 2. Choose the network adapters you want to monitor.

The Network Adapter dialog will appear automatically - choose the adapters you want LANScan to monitor.
Note: Adapters are the interfaces you use to access the network, and includes Ethernet cards, modems and more.

Click on the number, then on the 'Create' button to select an adapter. You'll only do this once. When you restart LANScan, it will recall the adapters you selected.
